Actually.... and i know this is something really picky but i love that the songs aren't all joined together this time... I never listen to an album in full on my mp3.. and with the last one i had the beginning or ends of songs..

I know what you mean! Sometimes its better for the songs to fit in with each other but that's what I like about the album..that it doesn't! Let The Light Go Out really stands out from the rest, it's so different. I'm still not completely loving Leave Me Alone, but I can't love EVERY song on the album I suppose..

Cooolio.. I was there on my own because all my friends dropped out at the last minute! Same thing happened this morning for Road Records too! But the music was deadly!

First listen.. brilliant.. I love it so much there are tears running down my cheeks (might also be the fact that I'm tired and the anticipation and all that). It's such a step forward from ILWD. That was a great album, but I don't think the individual songs on ILWD are as original as the ones on this album. I remember hearing an interview with Níal in which he said he's much more proud of the band he is in now and I completely get that. They have developed their sound into something that has Delorentos written all over it. The vocal melodies are insane, most of these songs will stick in your head. The atmosphere is deeper and more serious. I hate to say it but I guess it's all a bit more "mature" than ILWD. Personally, this album suits me better than In Love With Detail did, so I'm very happy with the direction things are moving in. On top of that, these days it is refreshing to hear a band that can actually play, that consists of four talented musicians, especially concerning vocals. It's unbelievable how many albums are released that still include crappy vocals. I love that our boys can sing No favourites or opinions on lyrics just now (except that Sanctuary started the tears directly and I think it must have been a lyric thing, not sure though), I have to listen to it more often to decide on that.

My least favourite is "Say Youll never lover her" i like it but not as much as the rest of the album... I think that's one of my favourite songs on the album!
