Hiya Sen, The pedals and amps vary on each track when we record them. Live the amps we use are a Vox AC30 (Ro) and a HotRod Deville (Kier).
Ro's mainly a Strat man and i'm mainly a Tele fell-y.
what about yourself? do you play anything? K

i do indeed. i use a vox ac30 too with a gibson meldoy maker. but i need to get some sort of overdrive pedal cause the amp distortion isn't suitable all the time in our band. any recommendations?

One of the pedals Ro uses is the Big Muff - lovely fuzzy mess of a sound. Might be just the man!

hey sean, Ro here. i really only use the big muff on a couple of songs. if you already have an overdrive and are looking for something a bit different i think its a nice pedal, however its basically just a big box of fuzz, so if you're looking for something more multipurpose an ibanez tube screamer is a good one.
take it easy.

A word of warning:
Dont do a google search for Big Muff while in college or work!!!
I recently bought a Behringer DM 100. They cost €20 from audiocity.ie. But its pants to be honest. I suggest you try a few pedals before you buy one.
P.S. Dig the new tune lads, see yez soon. Now hurry up and be famous!!!

hey. i was told by a sound engineer i An Roisin Dhubh in Galway, one of our favourtie venues by the way, that the rat would cut through more than the big muff which being a big box of fuzz tends to get lost when the whole band is playing. haven't tried one yet though.
all the best,
Ro.
